The Coaching Experience
Results Through Relationships coaching is a 6-month, 1:1 coaching engagement for high-performing leaders who want to expand their influence and leadership effectiveness by becoming inspirational, people leaders. The RTR coaching experience includes:
We start by creating a compelling vision of your leadership—how you want to show up, how others experience you, and the kind of impact you want to have. This vision becomes your anchor for intentional growth, not just performance.
Then we take an honest look at how you currently lead—your strengths, habits, and blind spots to help you understand where your style may unintentionally limit trust, ownership, or engagement within your team.
As part of this process, you will actively seek and integrate feedback from a trusted group of advisors. The feedback process will engage your support system during this journey and provide data on how you can increase your leadership effectiveness.
Finally, you will also develop somatic awareness to recognize how your tone, body language, and energy are experienced by others. You will develop greater awareness of your presence and learn to regulate it so that what you intend to communicate is actually what people receive—especially in high-stakes moments.
